Mango will be an express exterior car wash with a touchless option that is providing car washing via its automated belt conveyor and state-of-the-art equipment. The tunnel will be 110ft long. There are several free vacuums on site.

Mango is a locally-owned express car wash with a dual belt conveyor that allows the wash to handle vehicles of almost any make, model and size. “At the same time, you get to have all four tires on the belt vs that harmful metal track”, says Nick Spallone, lead designer and developer and owner of the Mango Luxury Express Brand. “This eliminates guardrails and protects your wheels. Our customers find that the conveyor experience is a relaxing break from the day, and stress free to load onto. The express exterior tunnel car wash along with the magical light show, and pumped in Mango fragrance makes the cleaning process simple and enjoyable.”

Next generation

The applicators are designed to help you see the difference when the wash is over. “Floor applicators take care of the undercarriage, while multiple arches provide an even soap, rinse, wax, and spot-free finishing experience”, says Amy Werderitch. CarWashProDesigners designed into the Mango facility the Accutrac 360-T Petit technology, a next generation high pressure automated cleaning system that profiles the entire car from front to back to relentlessly remove dirt, snow, ice, bugs, and bird droppings where other systems can’t.

A Wait Free Experience

CarWashProDesigners also designed a ‘A Wait Free Experience’. “We understand that no one wants to wait in a line that’s wrapped around the block for a car wash”, says Nick Spallone. “Our equipment is engineered to offer a superior clean in a fraction of the time so you can be on your way in just minutes. This will also allow the Mango facility to take on 60-80% more volume than a traditional tunnel wash.”

The Spot free drying

CarWashProDesigners has also installed ‘the Spot free drying.’ “Our high power dryers, torpedo heaters and next-generation pivoting drying fins, combined with a new-to-the-market Reverse Osmosis System (R/O) for cleaning and rinsing, have all been meticulously designed to deliver a spot-free dry every time”, says Nick Spallone. “The beautiful shine of your vehicle, not the trailing water or soap, is the only way a vehicle should be washed.”
