Visit Biemmedue S.p.A on car wash event SHINE

One of the exhibitors that cou can visit on SHINE Car Wash Show Central Europe is Biemmedue S.p.A. The company, founded in 1979, is the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of space heaters, professional dehumidifiers, and industrial cleaning machines.

The company is based in Cherasco (northwest Italy, not far from Turin and Milan). The factory,  covers an area of 35.000 m2, is divided between two plants: the headquarters where the Arcotherm space heaters and Arcodry professional dehumidifiers are designed en manufactured.

New plant

The new plant opened beginning of 2018 and dedicated to the design and production of professional cleaning machines branded Arcomat: high pressure cleaners, vacuum cleaners, wet vacuum cleaners and single disc floor machines.

150 professionals

Biemmedue has an efficient and helpful team of 150 professionals. The Customer Service Department works with customers, listens to their needs and input, and proposes targeted, state-of-the-art solutions for every sector. The well-organized and expert Training and Technical Service Department provides customers a direct line for training, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all products.

Cutting-edge design technology

Biemmedue has many strong points, including cutting-edge design technology utilising CAD-CAM systems and a laboratory with sophisticated test and inspection equipment. The company has a highly verticalised production system, 100% Made in Italy, with constant monitoring of all steps of the production process and rapid, flexible adaptation to the customers’ needs.

Automated assembly lines.

The products are manufactured and assembled with state of art equipment and automated assembly lines. The warehouses are fully stocked with finished products, components, and spare parts to guarantee shipments within 24 hours after receipt of orders. The strict Quality Control procedures and conformity to stringent international production and safety standards.

The car wash industry is coming together in October at the first-ever SHINE Car Wash Show Central Europe. Representatives from the entire Central European car wash sector will be in Krakow on October 1-2 to network and be inspired by interesting workshops and the latest car wash innovations.
