Christ wins Red Dot design award (again)
The Evo Star car wash by Christ recently won a Red Dot Award. According to the proud German car wash manufacturer, the award ‘is a confirmation of the continuous pursuit of innovation and quality in design within the car wash industry’.
The Evo Star car wash was awarded the Red Dot Award in the Product Design 2024 category. “We are delighted and honored that the outstanding quality and design of our product convinced the international jury among the numerous submissions from all over the world”, a Christ spokesman said.

Third time
It’s not the first Christ machine that has won an award. Previous Red Dot Design Awards went to the VEGA gantry car wash and the Blade self-service car wash, both produced by Otto Christ AG.
With its clear and minimalist design, the new Evo Star fits well into the design language of the German company.
The design of the Evo Star is characterized by inviting Blade lighting elements, clear lines and harmonious radii. The display elements also match the Blade design. Different washing programs are indicated by different lighting of the blades.
The Evo Star design starts at the entrance to the car wash and is repeated in the design and display elements before and in the entry zone, inside the car wash and at the exit.

Modular system
The set up of the car wash is modular, allowing different components to be combined. Depending on the operator’s requirements, the Evo Star car wash is put together in such a way that an optimum wash result and wash experience is achieved.
